About NAWA:
NAWA is an academic agency that was established on October 1, 2017. It is designed to coordinate government activities in the process of internationalization of Polish educational and research organizations. NAWA's mission is to promote Poland's development in science and higher education. NAWA aims to promote Polish science and higher education, promote the international student movement, promote Polish language education for teachers and researchers, and support the Polish International Organization for Higher Education and Research Institutions.

About Polish Government Scholarship:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Agency for Academic Exchange known as NAWA are merged together to launch a combined scholarship program named The Banach Scholarship Programme. It was developed for young talented students belonging to developing countries who want to study in Poland on a Fully Funded Polish Government Scholarship.
This scholarship program was initiated to better the socio-economic development of developing countries by enhancing the educational level and professional qualifications of students belonging to eligible countries so that those students would be able to pursue a master's degree by study in Poland.
This program is a joint effort of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange.

Polish Government Scholarship for developing countries is enabling some fields to participate in this international scholarship program by the joint effort of NAWA in the given fields:

Benefits of Polish Government Scholarships:
Polish Government Scholarships is offering Europe Scholarships for international students to make them able to study in Poland on Fully Funded Scholarships and is covering many of their expenses. The detail of expected expenses are given below:
- Coverage of Full tuition fees for public or non-public institutions
- A monthly stipend of PLN 1500-2000 would also be given to cover the expenses of daily transportation and other accommodation purposes
